QLTM (Quaterly Local Trans Magazine) is an upcoming magazine that will possibly be released quarterly in the Triangle area of North Carolina. We will accept submissions from any trans person connected with this area. Submissions do not need to be trans-related, but they can be! This will be a regularly published magazine aimed at moving our culture offline and creating new types of social ties.
